True. The sad thing is, had i not seen it already, I would have believed it without question. Those kinds of things fit Bush to a T. lol

I was bad, because I checked the answers before the poll. Otherwise, I would've gone nuts! But to be honest, I don't see the humour here. Everyone knows Bush and his friends are totally nuts. I wouldn't put something like this past them either. At first, I didn't realise the implications of what a law like this would mean until they went into home networks and microwaves. Thankfully, this is a prank, for now at least.
I don't see how something like that can happen.
